A Fallen Race (4)
These women have been getting the short end of the metaphorical stick for way too long, and for what?
Because they have different organs? Because of some misinterpretated words of sacred scripture?
Because they look different?
They deserve better; society, religion and culture have done them dirty and it's up to us; Kings of the new generation, to right this terrible wrong.
This might involve some small amount of unfair favouritism but it's long overdue and doesn't even begin to make up for millennia of discrimination, at this point we're past giving them their fair share.
History is littered with the oppression and violation of the women folk, they've given so much and gotten next to nothing in return.
We gats end this cycle of acrimony, this moronic paranoia of them taking over the world and this it's us against them mentality, cause it's a double edged sword that shows the recognition of our supremacy over them and validates the entire feminist struggle.
Now more than ever, it needs to; scratch that, it MUST sink into the very core of our being that we are not only EQUALS but created EQUAL.
We all want a better world, but that can't happen if more than half of humanity is viewed and treated as lesser beings, we will never know true peace until we see one another as equals.
All this might sound near impossible given the insurmountable level of patriarchy, but a journey of a thousand miles begins with a step, it starts with you and me.
By speaking out; wherever and whenever we see any form of gender based discrimination
By making them understand that they're no longer alone in this struggle, making them see that they don't need to come at us to get what's theirs
It's no longer us against them but all of us against an extremely fucked up social institution.
By being what we were originally made to be; defenders, partners, protectors, strength and comfort to them.
But most importantly by raising the next generation right, teaching them the right values, doing away with all these stupid gender roles and gender based fallacies that continue to encourage stupidity and propagate ignorance. We might be damaged goods but there's alot of hope for the next generation.
Together we can fix this, but only together, because that was the original plan, man AND woman rather than versus.
N.b: my sincerest apologies for any mistake or error or insult that may be found in this write up, las las I'm a man of my generation and for that a product of a failed society, but most importantly a man, there's only so much I can relate to.
Thank you for understanding.
